Aia Faham
Aia is the Founder of The LaLa Land Yoga, and a 600+ Hour Certified Yoga and meditation instructor, wellness coach and yoga therapist. She was featured in Women of Egypt magazine and spoke in several conferences including TEDx and International Women Summit, and hosted several events, including Build Your Future by OBM Education.
Her passion for yoga and self-development guided her to traveling the world to learn from world-renowned spiritual gurus and share these teachings with the world. She integrates various ancient Indian wisdom and sciences in her sessions and workshops that are related to Ayurveda—the oldest healing science, healthy living, mindfulness and self-empowerment.
